Gracious. Another workout.

There is nothing in the world to make you feel good like lifting really heavy weights for a set period of time, then taking a scalding-hot shower and washing your hair.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

My triceps will feel as though they're shredded on Friday, but right now I feel too damn fine.

  1. I agree -- a hard workout, followed by pampering that you don't take time for normally.

    I need to do it more often.
